  From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, which made a big difference. Lucy really listened to what I wanted but also confidently guided me with her expertise — she clearly knew exactly what she was doing.

• 'We came here for my son's first haircut and are still coming back years later! Always a great cut, welcoming environment and lots of patience to deal with toddler demands. The car to sit in is also a massive win!'

She is very patient and being at her home studio means it is quiet and he doesn't get overwhelmed and distracted with everything else going on.
